This official website presents Moris Janashvili’s biography, music and photographic archive and provides contact details for performance enquiries. It is operated for the artist. This site does not sell tickets, merchandise, downloads or memberships. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Listening and viewing
You may browse the site, view its photographs and stream recordings through the supplied player for personal, non-commercial use. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to download, record, reproduce, re-upload, distribute, publicly perform, synchronize, sample, remix or commercially use material. Any use allowed by applicable law remains unaffected. You may share an ordinary link to the site if it does not misleadingly imply endorsement.
Rights in music and images
Compositions, lyrics, performances, sound recordings, photographs, album artwork, text, logos and other materials may carry separate rights belonging to Moris Janashvili and/or other composers, performers, photographers, producers, labels and rights holders. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date or create a performance agreement. Fees, repertoire, recording or broadcast rights, and any use of Moris Janashvili’s name or likeness for an event require a separate written agreement with the appropriate parties.

The site and recordings may change, be unavailable or be removed for technical or rights reasons. Audio files are served through this site’s hosting and content delivery network; the Facebook link leads to a separate service with its own terms. We aim to keep the site accurate and functional but do not promise uninterrupted access or that all older recordings will meet a particular technical quality.
